Good walking while on the Gateway Bike Track. Disrupted however by having to wait for traffic lights on reaching Depot and Sandgate Roads. Partially shaded by trees while on the bike track. Almost totally flat and easy.
PO towards Hornibrook Bridge via Gateway Bikeway

Easy flat walk on the Bikeway until reaching Bracken Ridge Rd and Barfoot St. from there it becomes to much up and down for me to maintain a steady speed. Good exercise walk but a bit tough on my aging body.

Part track part road. Lots of ups and downs during final 15k after reasonably flat first 20k.
