Luss is a quaint conservation village in Argyll & Bute, Scotland situated almost 10 miles south of Tarbet. On the west bank of Loch Lomond, it is a popular stopping-off point for visitors exploring the Loch Lomond area.
Navigation is easy on its almost flat landscape. It has numerous prim, identical sandstone and slate cottages garlanded in rambling flowers. There are narrow sandy, pebbly strand and paved paths makes walking fun and interesting.
For this route, start from the shore of Loch Lomond. The beautiful shoreline of Loch Lomond offers a magnificent scenic view of snow capped mountains. Enjoy the breeze and the seagulls as you walk on the beach to the pier.
Walk on into the village passing by beautiful cottages and open fields while looking on at sheep grazing. Gift shops and restaurants for stops before ending the route heading back to the parking lot.
