切爾默和黑水導航迴路

We began our walk at the Beeleigh Loch parking lot and headed up the Chelmer & Blackwater navigation canal towards Ulting and the Hoe Mill Lock. We followed the trail to The Bell pub in Woodham Walter where we stopped for a snack and the facilities. Followed the trail back to Blue Mill Lane and made our way home through lovely countryside on the other side of the Navigation canal. An absolutely beautiful walk from start to finish with three lovely pubs along the route to stop at and enjoy a snack and rest. The navigation canal was muddy and it tends to get very muddy after rain and in winter so don’t forget good strong waterproof footwear. Enjoy!
