拉莫卡公園

This park has a .1 mile long track. it has some small mounds outside the track. There good to create resistance and strength training. There's plenty of shade and protection from the sun out side the track but on the track you get the full force of the sun. It's very nice a quiet, they clean and keep the grass cut every day.
