This route follows a dirt road for the first .8 of a mile to the Brown Canyon Ranch House. At the ranch house the route becomes a bike trail as it heads west into the Coronado National Forest. Expect some very rocky stretches that follow an uphill gradient until abt mile 3.3. The route is mostly downhill after mile 3.3. Going downhill there are a series of badly eroded stretches that occur intermittently. Caution is advised to avoid injury. The last .5 mike follows Ramsey Canyon Rd to the parking lot
