I enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine. The trail was I. Good shape for the vast majority of the time. There is one section which turns into a sidewalk across a vehicle bridge and there is no room for two pedestrians to pass without turning sideways let alone two bikes. Keep an eye on some of the families that use the path as well. They don’t have any idea that it’s dangerous to stop in the middle of the path and take photos or let their kids run across it and play or lay down in front of an oncoming bicycle. I always adjust my speed and leave plenty of room around pedestrians, especially kids, but you should be wary of them because they can lead to dangerous situations. Aside from that, it’s a nice short trail with a little lake right next to the airport. Some folks bring lawn chairs just to watch the planes. I enjoyed my trip.

Iconic lake. Smooth path. Pretty sunrise. Minimal crowd before 7:30am. Highly recommend.
