It’s basically a sidewalk that outlines a playground, you got to be super careful because the sidewalk is also a division between the playground and the roads. You’ll definitely encounter vehicles that are passing you super near you, that’s why in my opinion is not suitable for stroller walks nor dog walks, it’s very dangerous. What I did was leave my kids at the playground with my husband and that worked so well.
