Deborah Sampson park has a very simple loop trail. At 0.8 miles it is easy to do multiple times to increase distance, or use the cross trail to make a figure 8. There is also a dog park and fitness circuit.
Parking is free unless you park at Memorial Beach during the summer months. Dogs must be leashed outside the dog park.
