This walk is on various footpaths, a disused railway line, a quiet lane, green lanes, farm fields, and through part of Three Rivers Golf Course.
It begins with a fairly gentle but steady climb up to 213’. Once at the aerodrome the footpaths are less commonly used and a little more difficult to locate. On certain days (check ahead) light snacks and beverages are served at Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome.
Farm fields on the 3rd and 4th leg are often cultivated and can be quite muddy. There are two lovely stretches through some vineyards and a very nice old growth wood. All in all a very enjoyable walk.
