Bosque de Armentia / Armentia森林

Armentia is one of the villages associated with Vitoria-Gasteiz. Its name comes from the Latin word armentum, which translated into English means "intensive farming". The village is well known for its 161ha park created in the 1998.

Esquíbel (official Basque name: Eskibel) is a village in Álava, Basque Country, Spain. It forms part of the Southwest Rural Zone of Vitoria. It is situated 7.5 km southwest of the city in a small valley surrounded by the Mountains of Vitoria.Always sparsely populated, in the early 19th century it had only 22 people, in 1960 it had 10, and today has only 2 (2001 census).

Zaldiaran is a 978 metres high mountain part of the Montes de Vitoria mountainous range, located on Alava, Basque Country (greater region). Even if part of the south face of the mountain is on the Treviño exclave, (Burgos), the summit is itself on Alava.Next to the summit, some metres below, there is the Zaldiarango gaina, with a height of 780 metres (2559 ft); a mountain pass that communicates Alava with the Treviño exclave at its highest point, where the frontier is located.
