Comillas Pontifical University (Spanish: Universidad Pontificia Comillas) is a private university in Madrid, Spain. It is a Catholic university run by the Society of Jesus.The university is involved in a number of academic exchange programmes, work practice schemes and international projects with over 200 institutions of higher education in Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia.

The Hotel Riu Plaza España is a historic skyscraper, the 8th tallest building in Madrid, Spain. It opened in 1953 as the Edificio España (Spanish: Spain Building), a mixed-use structure containing a hotel, offices, apartments and shops. It is an example of 20th-century Spanish architecture built in the neo-baroque style.

The Circo Price, also known as El Price, is a theatre, and former circus, in Madrid. The circus was originally located in the Jardin de las Delicias, a park which lay at the corner of the Paseo de Recoletos and the calle de la Veterinaria, now calle Barbara de Braganza. In 1880 the impresario Thomas Price, part of the English family of equilibrist clowns, the Price Brothers obtained permissions to construct a permanent circus hall and theatre in the Plaza del Rey.

According to the story, José de Murga y Reolid confessed to his father, the rich merchant Mateo Murga y Michelena, that he had fallen in love with a poor girl, Raimunda Osorio, the daughter of a cigarette seller.
