Miami Park Walk

The Arts & Entertainment District, or previously known as Omni, is a neighborhood of greater Downtown, Miami, Florida, United States, just south of Edgewater. It is bound roughly by North 19th Street to the north, North 10th Street to the south, North East 2nd Avenue to the west, and Biscayne Boulevard to the east.

The Bacardi Building, the former headquarters of Bacardi USA, is a landmark of Midtown Miami. The building was designed by Cuban architect Enrique Gutierrez in 1963. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed it on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places as Bacardi USA. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

Atlantis University (AU) is an American metropolitan Private university located in Miami, with degree programs being offered through the schools of Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Health Care and Foreign Languages. The Collins Bridge was a bridge that crossed Biscayne Bay between Miami and Miami Beach, Florida. At the time it was completed, it was the longest wooden bridge in the world. It was built by farmer and developer John S. Collins (1837–1928) with financial assistance from automotive parts and racing pioneer Carl G.

1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments.

Melody is the name of a residential high-rise completed in May 2016 in the Arts & Entertainment District neighborhood of Miami, Florida, U.S.A. The building rises about 467 feet (142 m) with 36 floors and contains nearly 500 rental units. It is located about one block from the Adrienne Arsht Center/Omni Metromover and Metrobus hub.

The Algonquin Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1819-1825 Biscayne Boulevard. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished. They were delisted in 2018.

Miami International University of Art & Design, formerly known as International Fine Arts College (IFAC), is a nonprofit institution owned and operated by Education Principle Foundation, which provides programs in design, media and visual arts, fashion, and culinary arts. Its sister schools are the Art Institutes, a collection of schools once owned by Education Management Corporation (EDMC) and Dream Center Education Holdings (DCEH).
