People's Park

Xining (simplified Chinese: 西宁; traditional Chinese: 西寧 Xīníng [ɕí.nǐŋ]; Standard Tibetan: ཟི་ལིང་། Ziling) is the capital of Qinghai province in western China, and the largest city on the Tibetan Plateau. It has 2,208,708 inhabitants at the 2010 census whom 1,198,304 live in the built up area made of 4 urban districts.

People's Park (Chinese: 人民公园; pinyin: Rénmín Gōngyuán) is an urban public park in central Xining, capital of Qinghai province in western China. Covering an area of 40 hectares (99 acres), it is the largest park in downtown Xining. The park was established in 1959 and expanded in 1964.
