Address Boulevard is a 73-storey 368 m (1,207 ft) hotel in Downtown Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 196 five-star-hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences. The hotel opened in March 2017.

With a total height of 829.8 m (2,722 ft) and a roof height (excluding antenna) of 828 m (2,717 ft), the Burj Khalifa has been the tallest structure and building in the world since its topping out in 2009.

The Dubai Fountain is the world's largest choreographed fountain system. It is set on the 12 hectare (30 acre) manmade Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of the Downtown Dubai development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed by WET Design, the California-based company responsible for the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel Lake in Las Vegas.

Gevora Hotel (Arabic: فندق جيفورا) is a 1,168 ft (356 m) tall hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road in the city Dubai. That height has given the skyscraper the title of tallest hotel building according to Guinness World Records. The four-star Gevora Hotel opened its doors in February 2018 after a construction period of twelve years.

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, also known as the Rose Tower, is a 72-storey, 333 m (1,093 ft) hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was the world's tallest hotel from 2009–2012. The tower was originally to be 380 m (1,250 ft), but design modification reduced it to 333 m (1,093 ft).Construction on the tower began in 2004 and was completed in 2007.

The Rolex Tower is a 59-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 235 m (771 ft). Construction of the Rolex Tower was completed in 2010; the tower's inauguration was 7 November 2010. The building encompasses both Residential and Commercial space and is owned by Ahmed Seddiqi and Sons

The Address Downtown, (Arabic: فندق العنوان داون تاون‎) formerly The Address Downtown Dubai, is a 63-story, 302.2 m (991 ft) supertall hotel and residential skyscraper in the Burj Dubai Development Area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was built by Emaar Properties Group.

The 21st Century Tower is a 55-story skyscraper along the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. When it was completed in 2003 it took the title of the world's tallest residential building, ultimately being surpassed by the Eureka Tower in Melbourne, Australia and the Q1 tower in Australia's Gold Coast.

Anara Tower was a proposed supertall skyscraper located in Dubai. It would have been 600 m (1,968 ft) tall with 135 floors. It was designed to look like a massive wind turbine. It was supposed to be a mixed use tower with offices, retail spaces, apartments, and an art gallery. Anara Tower would have incorporated sky gardens every 27 floors and would have contained a luxury restaurant.

Burj Daman is a 65-floor tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building is to have a total structural height of 235 m (771 ft). The building topped out in 2011, construction of Rosewood Dubai completed in 2014. The building is now (March 2016) the 44th tallest in Dubai.
