Almedalen (in literal English translation: The Elm Valley) is a park in the Swedish city of Visby on the island of Gotland. It is well known in Sweden as the central site of the annual Almedalen Week.In medieval times the area, just outside the city walls, was the city harbour. Due to the post-glacial rebound, the port over time grew too shallow and a new one had to be constructed further away from the city, where the sea is deeper.

Galgberget (the Gallow Hill) is a nature reserve just north of Visby on Gotland, Sweden. The area is bounded to the west by the cliff edge, in the east by County Road 149, and in the south by the town of Visby.Galgberget is named after the still remaining gallows, built during the 13th century, where local criminals used to be executed.

Sometimes the church has been called Saint Anna after the mother of the Virgin Mary.The choir, which is the oldest part of the building, is possibly from the 12th century.

Gutavallen is an outdoor sport stadium located in Visby, Sweden. It was opened on 27 May 1927 and is used for football as well as athletics, but occasionally the arena is also used for concerts. Gutavallen is the home arena of FC Gute and Visby AIK.The stadium has two stands—one on each long side—with the main stand seating 550 spectators.

The Gotland Museum (Swedish: Gotlands museum) (previously known as Länsmuseet på Gotland or Gotlands Fornsal) in Visby, Sweden, is the county museum of Gotland. It was founded by the Friends of Gotland's Antiquity society in 1875, at the initiative of Pehr Arvid Säve. The museum owns a number of houses and farms on Gotland, some of which are used as museums.
