Kolomoki Indian Mounds Historic Site is located on First Kolomoki Road outside Blakely. This route takes you on a educational tour of the historic site and then on the wooded White Oak Trail. The trail is grass, dirt and pavement. The route is flat unless you choose to climb to the top of the Temple Mound. The White Oak Trail takes you through the forest. The park has restrooms and water fountains located at the visitors center. The park is kid and leashes dog friendly but this route is not suitable to strollers and wheelchairs. The park also has a campground and lake for fishing.
