Mill Woods Town Centre is a shopping centre located in south Edmonton, Alberta in the neighbourhood of Mill Woods. It contains 85 retailers including Canadian Tire, CO-OP, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Some surrounding satellite stores are located in and around the mall's exterior properties such as Arby's, Burger King, Starbucks, a medical centre, and more.

Mill Woods station is a tram station under construction in the Edmonton Light Rail Transit network in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It will serve as the south terminus station of the Valley Line. It is located on the south side of 28 Avenue, west of Hewes Way, between Tawa and Mill Woods Town Centre. The station is scheduled to open in 2020, with the Mill Woods Transit Centre relocated to allow easy connections between bus and train.

What is less well known is that the mall is part of a larger neighbourhood with the same name.
