Compass One (formerly known as Compass Point) is a suburban shopping mall located in the town centre of Sengkang, Singapore. The mall was built as an integrated development together with a condominium, Compass Heights which is located adjacent to the mall. Originally opened on August 2002, the mall closed for extensive renovation works in late October 2015 and re-opened on 1 September 2016.

Sengkang Public Library is a public library owned by the National Library Board situated inside Compass One in Sengkang New Town, and it occupies levels 3 and 4. It is near Sengkang Bus Interchange and station.

Sengkang Bus Interchange is a bus interchange located on the ground level of Compass Heights condominium in the town centre of Sengkang New Town, Singapore. Located next to Sengkang MRT/LRT Station, it is the second bus interchange in Singapore to be air conditioned. It was opened on 18 January 2003.

Compassvale Bus Interchange, located opposite Sengkang Bus Interchange, is a bus interchange in Sengkang, Singapore, built to increase the capacity of the existing interchange. It is bordered by Compassvale Road, Sengkang East Way and Sengkang Square. Despite its name, it is not located near LRT station with the same name, but is actually named after the road which it is located at, Compassvale Road.

Sengkang Sculpture Park (Chinese: 盛港雕塑公园) is a park located in the Compassvale North Gate neighbourhood in Sengkang New Town in Singapore. The park evolved from Sengkang's "fishing village / marine" theme and design brief which called for the introduction of "Arts in the Park". The 24,000-square metre park is divided into two parts (one bigger and the other smaller).
