Very long walk. There are moments of no shade but most times there is shading areas tree coverage when walking the trails. Many different intersecting trails to chose from. Harte Trail/Preston Trail/Traverse Trail/Oakridge Trail - Assiniboine Forest. It can go on forever. We walk quite a long ways ending it off towards the Assiniboine Forest area. Thankfully once on Grant we were able to find a pet store Pet Value where they gave Sasha some water. We walk 13 km 3 hrs. My left knee was sore near the end. Needed to do some stretching. Cool down time after necessary. Happy to have air conditioning. Hydration needed. Workout later. Chill time. Much needed after. Very warm sunny day today. It was a beautiful scenic walk. Well worth the effort. Loved it. Love our walks! 🤗💕💦🐕🏃🏼‍♀️☀️
