Hyde Park

Hyde Park (formerly Third Swamp Reserve) is an inner-city park in Perth, the state capital of Western Australia. It is located in the north-east corner of the suburb of Perth – 2 km north of the central business district – surrounded by Vincent, William, Glendower and Throssell Streets.Facilities include: public toilets, playground equipment, barbecues, drinking fountains, pavilion, stage area, fitness equipment and a sealed walking path of around 800m in length ringing the lake.

Noongar Radio 100.9 FM is a community radio station in Perth, Western Australia.In January 2008 the Australian Communications and Media Authority allocated a broadcasting licence for 100.9 MHz to Peedac Pty Ltd. The callsign 6NME refers to the initials of Noongar Media Enterprises, a Peedac subsidiary.

Brisbane Street is a major cross street located in the suburb of Perth. It runs from Palmerston Street through to Stirling Street, and intersects major roads Lake Street, William Street, and Beaufort Street. The section between Beaufort Street and Stirling Street was called Padbury Street until circa 1917.

Aberdeen Street is a street in Northbridge, Western Australia that runs from Lord Street in the east to the Mitchell Freeway in the west. The street has 42 locally listed places of significance, 18 of which are also listed on the State Register of Heritage Places.

Astone Lane was originally a right of way running between Brisbane Street and Baker Avenue in Perth, Western Australia. A proposal to name the right of way as Astone Lane was considered at the Town of Vincent council meeting in September 2006. The naming of the lane was in honour of Antonino Astone, a migrant from Raccuia, Sicily, who established a bootmaker business nearby on the corner of Brisbane and William Streets.

Perth Mosque, located in Perth, Western Australia is the oldest mosque in Perth.The mosque was designed and built between 1905 and 1906. The mosque was founded by Hassan Musa Khan, who was also its treasurer in 1906. Fatteh Mohammad Dean, an immigrant from Punjab was among the first trustees.
