Futian station (Chinese: 福田站; pinyin: Fútián Zhàn; Jyutping: Fuk1 Tin4 Zaam6) is a station on the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Express Rail Link, and the final station on mainland China before the train enters Hong Kong. Futian is in the southern district of Shenzhen, where the central business district is located.

Civic Center station (Chinese: 市民中心站; pinyin: shìmín zhōngxīn zhàn) is a station on Line 2 and Line 4 of the Shenzhen Metro. Line 4 platforms opened on 28 December 2004 and Line 2 platforms opened on 28 June 2011. It is located under the junction of Fuzhong 3rd Road (Chinese: 福中三路) and Shennan Boulevard (Chinese: 深南大道) in Futian District, Shenzhen, China.

Children's Palace station (Chinese: 少年宫站; pinyin: Shàonián Gōng Zhàn) is a station on Line 3 and Line 4 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2004. It is located under the south of Lotus Hill (Chinese: 莲花山) in Futian District, Shenzhen, China. It is adjacent to Shenzhen Children's Palace (Chinese: 深圳少年宫).

Convention & Exhibition Center station (simplified Chinese: 会展中心站; traditional Chinese: 會展中心站; pinyin: Huì-Zhǎn Zhōngxīn Zhàn; Jyutping: Wui6 Zin2 Zung1 Sam1 Zaam6); formerly Huizhanzhongxin station is an interchange station on Line 1 and Line 4 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2004. It is located under the junction of Fuhua Lu (福华路; 福華路) and Zhongxin Erlu (中心二路) in Futian District, Shenzhen, China.

Jiangsu Tower is a 208 meter high skyscraper in the City of Shenzhen, Guangdong, the People's Republic of China. The Tower was opened in 2001, near Shenzhen Children Hospital, Lianhuashan Park and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government at Civic Centre.

Lianhuashan Park (Chinese: 莲花山公园; pinyin: Liánhuāshān Gōngyuán; literally: 'Lotus Hill Park') is a hill and urban park in Shenzhen, China. It is located at the northern end of the Futian Central Business District and covers an area of 150 hectares (370 acres). Atop the 106-metre hill is a large bronze statue of Deng Xiaoping.

Shenzhen Cultural Center includes Shenzhen Concert Hall and Shenzhen Library and is located in the Futian district of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It was designed by Japanese architect Arata Isozaki. The vineyard-style concert hall seats 1800 and was opened in 2007.It is located adjacent to the Shenzhen library and near Shenzhen civic center and Children's palace (少年宫) line 3 subway station.

The Wuwang Club fire was a fire incident that occurred in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China on 21 September 2008 which killed 43 people and injured 88.

Shenzhen Museum (Chinese: 深圳博物馆) is a multifunctional modern museum in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It has a total area of 37,000 square meters, and a building area of 18,000 square meters. The museum was established in 1981, but was not formally opened until 1988. It holds more than 20,000 historical and cultural relics, of which the majority originate within the city.

Xiangmei station (Chinese: 香梅站; pinyin: Xiāngméi Zhàn) is a Metro station of Shenzhen Metro Line 9. It opened on 28 October 2016.
