Tymon park

The River Poddle (Irish: An Poitéal) is a river in County Dublin in Ireland. The city of Dublin is named after a "dark pool" (dubh linn, in Irish) that was once on its course. It rises in the Cookstown area, north of Tallaght, and flows into the River Liffey in the centre of Dublin.

Tymon Park is a large, 130 hectares (320 acres), suburban public park in Dublin, Ireland.

St. Jude's (Irish: Naomh Jude ) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Templeogue on the southside of Dublin. The club fields teams in all four codes of the Gaelic Athletic Association Gaelic football, Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football. Teams are fielded from Senior Grade right down to under eight level, the club also run a very popular academy which caters for children from four years of age to seven years of age and is open to all and free of charge.

National Basketball Arena, also known as Tallaght Arena, is an indoor sporting arena located in Tymon Park, Tallaght, South Dublin, adjacent to the M50 motorway. The capacity of the arena is 2,500 people and it opened in January 1993. It is used mainly for basketball events, but has also hosted other indoor sports, most notably futsal, as well as exhibitions, concerts and cultural events.

St MacDara's Community College (Irish: Coláiste Pobail MhicDara Naofa) is a secondary school situated on Wellington Lane, Templeogue in South Dublin. It accommodates both Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate students. It is run by the County Dublin Vocational Education Committee (C.D.V.E.C) and is a non-fee paying school.
