这段路线位于烟集河（延吉河）沿岸游园内，是北至健康路桥参花基督教堂，南到公园里桥的一段。东岸会经过著名的水上市场，早晨可以来逛逛早市。 游园内有草地、绿树、休息凳，偶尔也有开阔的小场地。路面以平坦的石板路和木栈道为主。河水很浅，清澈见底，依地势有许多道很矮的人工石坝，激起浪花朵朵。清晨和晚间都是很好的散步慢跑场所。东西两岸由许多石板路连接，每隔一段也有回到上方路面的阶梯，可以比较自由地选择路线。
