Granada Bridge was designed for the those who like to walk, jog and bike. It has walking and biking paths separate from traffic, and parks on both ends of the bridge. There are handicap accessible bathrooms at both ends, and plenty of benches, picnic tables, docks and paved walkways to relax or explore. There are 4 parks, 2 on each end of the bridge. Cassen Park has a boat ramp and bathrooms, Bailey Riverside Garden Park has flower beds and water fountains, Fortunado Park has bathrooms, a playground and is along the Halifax river, and Rockefeller Park has an open grassy area with views of the river.
