From Carmichael, down a natural slope to an asphalt road all the way to Muizenberg and back along a scenic concrete footpath along the sea from Muizenberg to St James. Asphalt road to Clovelly and then on the beach to Vishoek beach. From Vishoek beach back to Carmichael it is asphalt road again except for the climb in the rough ( about 120 meters).
