From the car park we took the right hand track, and returned via Red beach track on the left, the return track was an easier downward route. From the junction there is another Ridge walk track which takes an extra hour and a half (3 hrs return). Recommend you wear hiking boots if wet/raining as there are a lot of tree roots and small streams, plus it is quite muddy at the start.
