正阳门箭楼: 正阳门箭楼占地3047平方米,建筑形式为砖砌堡垒式,箭楼为重檐歇山顶、灰筒瓦绿琉璃剪边。上下共四层,东、南、西三面开箭窗94个,供对外射箭用。
大栅栏: 栅栏街原称廊房四条,复原民国初期风貌,距今已有近500年的历史。大栅栏处在古老北京中心地段,是南中轴线的一个重要组成部分,历史上就是一个繁华的商业区。
钱市胡同: 钱市胡同是北京最窄的胡同之一。胡同全长55米,平均宽仅0.7米,最窄处仅0.4米,尽端是一庭院,上有罩棚,旁有铺房,是清代官办的银、钱交易的“钱市”遗存,是早期金融市场的雏形。

Empire of China (1915–1916)

The Empire of China was a short-lived attempt by statesman and general Yuan Shikai from late 1915 to early 1916 to reinstate monarchy in China, with himself as the Hongxian Emperor (洪憲皇帝; Hóngxiàn Huángdì). The attempt was ultimately a failure; it set back the Chinese republican cause by many years and fractured China into a period of conflict between various local warlords.
