Chaotian Palace

The Beigang Tourist Bridge (Chinese: 北港觀光大橋; pinyin: Běigǎng Guānguāng Dàqiáo) is a footbridge in Lioujiao Township, Chiayi County and Beigang Township, Yunlin County in Taiwan. The bridge crosses over Beigang River.

Beigang or Peikang is an urban township in Yunlin County, Taiwan. It is primarily known for its Chaotian Temple, one of the most famous temples of Mazu on Taiwan. It has a population of 40,327 as of November 2017.

The Chaotian or Chaotien Temple, officially the Chao-Tian Temple, is a temple to the Chinese sea-goddess Mazu in Beigang Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan. Constructed in 1700, it became one of the most important Mazu temples in Taiwan and is known for its extravagant temple architecture. It is visited by more than a million pilgrims every year.

The Chiayi County Council (CYSCC; Chinese: 嘉義縣議會; pinyin: Jiāyì Xiàn Yìhuì) is the elected county council of Chiayi County, Republic of China. The council consists of 37 councilors lastly elected through the 2018 Republic of China local election on 24 November 2018.

The Taiping Sky Bridge (Chinese: 太平雲梯; pinyin: Tàipíng Yúntī) is a suspension bridge in Meishan Township, Chiayi County, Taiwan. It is the longest suspension bridge in Taiwan.
