The Punggol Promenade Nature Walk route starts after Punggol Point Park where public parking area is available. Head towards the direction of Lor Halus and end at the Lor Halus Bridge (or vice versa). A shared pathway (for bicycles and footpath) is well paved and covers the whole stretch. Enjoy the serene surrounding of the tributary of the Serangoon River (and Coney Island) on one side and green space and trees on the other. Short ‘manageable’ bridges to cross along the way. It can be quite hot in the afternoon as most parts of the track is unsheltered by trees. But the beautiful natural setting makes up fir that. Sheltered and unsheltered benches at intervals for short breaks.
This route covers part of start/end of Coast to coast Trail...
