Introduction

Start at New Polzeath & take the coast path towards Pentire Head, you’ll see some dramatic Coast jutting out into the Atlantic all along this walk. From Pentire Head follow the path towards the Rumps, this is the site of an ancient Iron Age fort. Here you can often see seals in between the the two headlands. From the Rumps follow the path until you see a signpost for Pentire Farm, follow this route through the farmyard & take the path signposted for Polzeath, eventually you’ll return to the starting point of your walk.
