Start from the NE corner of the parking lot of Victoria Park office buildings. The connector footpath to the MKT trail can be muddy and isn’t very wide. The trail to the pavilion is a few yards to the east. Turn left onto the Flat Branch Wetlands loop trail. This is a pretty walk at all times of the year. There are two side loops around small ponds with the first side loop trail connecting close to the beginning of the second. Both are nice walks in the spring, summer and fall but can be muddy. At the pavilion are two paved walkways, one to the Forum Theater parking lot and the other to apartments. The paved trail heads back to the MKT trail and then it is a straight path back to the starting point .
