Lam Tin Park

Tseung Kwan O New Town (Chinese: 將軍澳新市鎮) is one of the nine new towns in Hong Kong, built mainly on reclaimed land in the northern half of Junk Bay (also known as Tseung Kwan O) in southeastern New Territories, after which it is named.Development of the new town was approved in 1982, with the initial population intake occurring in 1988.

Lam Tin is an area in the Kwun Tong District in southeastern New Kowloon, Hong Kong. Lam Tin is primarily a residential area but also hosts a major transport interchange and several shopping attractions. Lam Tin was once a large field in the vicinity of Kowloon Bay. During the Song dynasty, it was a site of salt production.

Caritas Institute of Higher Education (Chinese: 明愛專上學院) (formerly known as Caritas Francis Hsu College; 明愛徐誠斌學院) is a post-secondary college in Hong Kong established by Caritas Hong Kong, with campuses located at Kowloon Tong, Kowloon and Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. The Institute is able to award Bachelor's degree or below.

Saint Paul's School (Lam Tin) (Chinese: 藍田聖保祿中學) is a Catholic girls secondary school in Hong Kong run by the Sisters of St. Paul de Chartres. Following the teaching advocated by St. Paul, its patron saint, the School aims to uphold the Paulinian spirit of 'all things to all men' (1 Corinthians 9:22) inculcated students with the Christian values of love, goodness and truth and intellectually, morally and spiritually prepared to face their life in future.

Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) (Chinese: 明愛白英奇專業學校) was established in 1971 and has been providing post-secondary education since then. At present, it mainly offers sub-degree programmes in three general disciplines: Business and Hospitality Management, Design and Health Sciences.

Black Hill (Chinese: 五桂山) is a hill that lies between the communities of Lam Tin and Tiu Keng Leng, Hong Kong. It is named for former administrator Major General Wilsone Black, a British Army officer in the 19th century.
