Batman's Treaty was an agreement between John Batman, an Australian grazier, businessman and colonizer, and a group of Wurundjeri elders, for the purchase of land around Port Phillip, near the present site of Melbourne. The document came to be known as Batman's Treaty and is also considered significant as it was the first and only documented time when Europeans negotiated their presence and occupation of Aboriginal lands directly with the traditional owners.

It is licensed to and managed by The North Fitzroy Community Gardens Group. Membership of the NCGG is open to any member of the community, but a condition of the license is that priority in allocation of garden plots is given to residents of the Cities of Yarra and Darebin.

Rushall railway station is located on the Mernda line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the north-eastern Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy North, in a part of the suburb that used to be known as Rushall, and opened on 1 January 1927. Until July 1948, it was located at the eastern end of the former Inner Circle line, which passed between Rushall and Royal Park.

It opened on 8 October 1889 as Northcote, being renamed Merri on 10 December 1906.The original conception of the station was to act as a major junction in a planned "North Suburban Railway System".

North Fitzroy station is a former railway station that was located on the Inner Circle railway line in Melbourne, Australia. It was located east of Nicholson Street, on Rae and Park streets. The station was opened on 8 May 1885, and was originally known as Nicholson Street.A branch line headed south from North Fitzroy station towards Fitzroy Station.
