Bancasi Airport (Cebuano: Tugpahanan sa Bancasi; Butuanon: Tugpahanan hong Bancasi) (IATA: BXU, ICAO: RPME) is an airport serving the general area of the city of Butuan, located in the province of Agusan del Norte. It is the only airport in the province and largest in Caraga. The airport is classified as a Principal Domestic Airport Class 1 by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), a body of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but of all the other airports in the Philippines, except the major international airports.

The Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) (Latin: Pater Saturnino Urios Universitas; Filipino: Pamantasang Padre Saturnino Urios) is a Roman Catholic private university run by the Diocese of Butuan in Butuan City, Philippines. It offers preschool, elementary, junior & senior high school and college (undergraduate and graduate) courses.

Robinsons Place Butuan is a mall located in Jose C. Aquino Avenue (Butuan–Cagayan de Oro–Iligan Road), Brgy. Bayanihan, Butuan City. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Butuan (Lat: Dioecesis Butuanensis) is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. Erected in 1967, the diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro.
