Butuan City

Butuan (pronounced ), officially the City of Butuan (Cebuano: Dakbayan sa Butuan; Butuanon: Dakbayan hong Butuan), or simply known as Butuan City, is a 1st class highly urbanized city and regional center of the Caraga Region, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 337,063 people.

Bancasi Airport (Cebuano: Tugpahanan sa Bancasi; Butuanon: Tugpahanan hong Bancasi) (IATA: BXU, ICAO: RPME) is an airport serving the general area of the city of Butuan, located in the province of Agusan del Norte. It is the only airport in the province and largest in Caraga. The airport is classified as a Principal Domestic Airport Class 1 by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), a body of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but of all the other airports in the Philippines, except the major international airports.

The Butuan City Hall Complex is the seat of local government of the city of Butuan.

Macapagal Bridge (Filipino: Tulay ng Macapagal) is a steel cable-stayed bridge along Mayor Democrito Plaza II Avenue (also known as the Butuan Bypass Road) in Butuan, Agusan del Norte that crosses the Agusan River. It has a length of 908 m (2,979 ft), making it the longest bridge in Mindanao, and the second-longest cable-stayed bridge in the Philippines after the Marcelo Fernan Bridge that connects Cebu City and Mactan Island.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Butuan (Lat: Dioecesis Butuanensis) is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. Erected in 1967, the diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro.

The Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) (Latin: Pater Saturnino Urios Universitas; Filipino: Pamantasang Padre Saturnino Urios) is a Roman Catholic private university run by the Diocese of Butuan in Butuan City, Philippines. It offers preschool, elementary, junior & senior high school and college (undergraduate and graduate) courses.

Robinsons Place Butuan is a mall located in Jose C. Aquino Avenue (Butuan–Cagayan de Oro–Iligan Road), Brgy. Bayanihan, Butuan City. It is Robinsons Land's 33rd commercial center in the Philippines and the 4th Robinsons Mall in Mindanao after Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, Robinsons Cybergate Davao and Robinsons Place Gensan.
