Brighton to Sandringham

Brighton Savoy is a 4-star hotel in the Bayside suburb of Brighton, Victoria in Australia. It is located opposite Brighton Beach at 150 Esplanade, overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Brighton Savoy has been in operation as an accommodation complex since 1959 and during that time has hosted a number of high-profile events, such as the second TV Week Logie Awards presentation ceremony in 1960.

Brighton Beach railway station is located on the Sandringham line in Victoria, Australia, and serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Brighton. It opened on 21 September 1861 as Beach, being renamed Brighton Beach on 1 January 1867. The famous Brighton Bathing Boxes are located a short walk from the station.

The Trevor Barker Oval, formerly known as the Beach Oval or Hampton Oval is an Australian rules football ground in Beach Road, on the border between Hampton and Sandringham, Victoria. It was named after Sandringham Football Club coach Trevor Barker, who died of cancer in 1996 at the age of 39, after coaching the club to the 1992 and 1994 premierships.

Hampton railway station is located on the Sandringham line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Hampton opening on 2 September 1887. It was renamed Retreat on 1 October 1887 and Hampton on 10 September 1889.The station building was reconstructed in 1975.

The City of Sandringham was a local government area about 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia, on the eastern side of Port Phillip. The city covered an area of 14.97 square kilometres (5.78 sq mi), and existed from 1917 until 1994.
