Chinatown (Chinese: 牛車水; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Gû-chia-chúi, Yale: Ngàuhchēséui, Malay: Kreta Ayer, Tamil: சைனா டவுன்) is a subzone and ethnic enclave located within the Outram district in the Central Area of Singapore. Featuring distinctly Chinese cultural elements, Chinatown has had a historically concentrated ethnic Chinese population.

The Clemenceau Bridge is a pre-stressed concrete road bridge across the Singapore River in Singapore. The first bridge was opened in 1940 and was refurbished in 1991. It was named after French Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau, who visited Singapore in 1920. The road, Clemenceau Avenue and Clemenceau Avenue North, was named after him, between Newton Circus and Havelock Road.

Swan Lake is an artificial lake located at the Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore.The lake is located at the Tyersall Avenue entrance to the gardens within the Tanglin Core, and is one of the most well-known locations in the garden's grounds. As the name suggests, the lake's name was inspired by swans populating it.

Chinatown MRT station (NE4/DT19) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North East Line and Downtown Line in Outram, Singapore. It provides MRT access to the ethnic district of Chinatown, after which it was named.The construction of the station was considered an engineering achievement, due to the busy traffic on the roads above and a number of nearby historical buildings that had to be preserved during the construction.

Chinatown Point is a shopping mall located in Chinatown, Singapore next to Chinatown MRT station. It is a mixed development which includes a 25-storey office tower located right above the mall. Constructed in the 1990s, the mall opened in 1993. From 2011 to 2012, the mall underwent renovations after a change in the management.

There are many skyscrapers near the building, such as One Raffles Quay, 6 Raffles Quay, Robinson Towers, John Hancock Tower, and AIA Tower, all of which are less than 100 metres away.

CapitaGreen, also known as Market Street Tower, is an office tower located in Raffles Place, Singapore. The building was designed by Toyo Ito and completed in 2014. With a height of 242 m (794 ft), it is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore.

Alkaff Bridge is a pedestrian bridge in Singapore. It spans the Singapore River at Robertson Quay, located in the Singapore River planning area within the Central Area.The steel truss bridge is 55 metres in length and weighs about 230 tonnes. It is shaped like a tongkang (a light boat used commonly in the early days to carry goods along rivers), and is situated near the former Alkaff Quay.

Camden Medical is a private medical centre in Singapore. It was established in 1999 and is located at One Orchard Boulevard near the Tanglin and Orchard Road area. Developed by the Kwee brothers, the 17-storey cylindrical building was designed by Pritzker Prize laureate Richard Meier.
