Settle circuit via Attermire Scar

Settle is a small market town and civil parish in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, England. Historically in the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is served by Settle railway station located near the town centre, and Giggleswick railway station which is a mile away. It is 29 miles (47 km) from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Settle Hydro is a micro hydroelectric scheme, owned by the community, in Settle, North Yorkshire, England.It is located on the River Ribble, at Settle Weir near Bridge End Mill. It uses part of the former mill race. A reverse Archimedean screw generates 50 kW of electricity.

Settle Rural District was an administrative district in the West Riding of Yorkshire, England. The rural district was named after the town of Settle and included the civil parishes of Bentham, Clapham cum Newby, Malham, Settle, Stainforth, Austwick, Giggleswick, Ingleton and Horton.The rural district was disbanded in local government reorganisation in 1974 and transferred to the Craven district of North Yorkshire.

Victoria Hall is a Grade II listed concert hall in Kirkgate, Settle, North Yorkshire, England. It is England's oldest surviving music hall.Built in about 1852, and designed by Sharpe and Paley, the hall opened as Settle Music Hall on 11 October 1853. It was restored in 2000.The building is owned by Craven District Council.

Settle railway station is a Grade II listed station which serves the town of Settle in North Yorkshire, England. It is operated by Northern who provide all passenger train services. It is situated at the southern end of the Settle-Carlisle Line 41 1⁄2 miles (67 km) north of Leeds. Settle is also served by Giggleswick railway station under one mile to the west of the town on the Bentham Railway (Leeds-Lancaster-Morecambe)
