It is operated by Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Taiwan's state-owned port management company.

Keelung (Chinese: 基隆; pinyin: Jīlóng) is a railway station in Keelung, Taiwan served by Taiwan Railways. The station was built in 1891, and has gone through several renovations.
