Tananger Outer Ring

Tananger is a town (since 2010) in Sola municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The town is located on the west side of the Stavanger Peninsula between the North Sea and the Hafrsfjorden. It lies about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) southwest of the city centre of Stavanger. The 4.46-square-kilometre (1,100-acre) town has a population (2015) of 6,377 which gives the town a population density of 1,430 inhabitants per square kilometre (3,700/sq mi).
