Mungia-Plentzia

Butrón (Basque: Butroeko gaztelua) is a castle located in Gatika, in the province of Biscay, in northern Spain.It dates originally from the Middle Ages, although it owes its present appearance to an almost complete rebuilding begun by Francisco de Cubas (also known as Marqués de Cubas) in 1878. The castle has a fairy-tale look about it inspired by Bavarian castle models.

Gatika (Spanish: Gatica) is a town and municipality located in the province of Biscay, in the autonomous community of Basque Country, northern Spain. As of 2009, it has 1,559 inhabitants.The historic Butrón castle is located in Gatika.

Plentzia is the north-eastern terminus of the Line 1 of Metro Bilbao. It is located in the municipality of Plentzia, in the comarca of Mungialdea inside Bilbao metropolitan area. It is an at-grade station and its fare zone is C. It is located on the right bank Butrón-Plentzia River. It is connected to the rest of the municipality by a passenger bridge.
