This route is accessible to wheelchairs at West Bay, at Barnard Park, at the end of Russell Street, at Spinnakers Pub, at the end of Paul Kane Place and by the Delta Hotel. Some mild elevation changes East of Coffin Island to the Victoria International Marina, but otherwise pretty flat. Some Wooden bridges may be slippery when wet.
