Best Walking Routes in Glen River Park

#1 - Glen Park
2
Length: 0.6 milesEst. Time: 10m

A hidden gem on the north side of Cork City. Great place to bring dogs for an off the lease walk. Big football pitch where you can throw ball. Suffers a little from broken glass and vandalism but the paths are good and it’s a lovely walk away from the busy roads. The route is in a small valley, access is from four different gates at each end and side . The route I have posted includes a winding slope suitable for wheelchair access - and scooters. Just watch out for dog dirt. There are no bins so be prepared to pick and carry home if you’re an owner.
