Lauttasaari (Drumsö in Swedish, literally "Ferry Island") is an island in Helsinki, about 5 km west of the city centre. Together with some surrounding unpopulated small islands, Lauttasaari is also a district of Helsinki. With 23,226 residents as of 2017, the island is Finland's second largest by population, after Fasta Åland.

Lauttasaari metro station (Finnish: Lauttasaaren metroasema, Swedish: Drumsös metrostation) is an underground station on the Helsinki Metro. Lauttasaari is a part of the Länsimetro extension. It serves the neighborhood of Lauttasaari in Helsinki. Lauttasaari is served by both lines M1 and M2.
