Good route has the option to cut through parkland towards the skinny end of track and do a figure 8 instead of just a circuit, which adds a bit of distance and elevation. Made it into a 4.6km loop with decent inclines and declines, footpathed 90% of the track, 5% grass, 5% gravel, took approx 50mins walking at a steady 11min/km pace
