It started by going up Rogers Fort Hill from one side and down the other, the trail will then lead you to Shedd Park where you will go up a smaller hill from one side and down the other. There are two playgrounds where you can stop for a break or swing for nice breath.
Best starting points are any of the ball field, tennis courts parking areas. Also street park along the tennis courts and walk about 200 feet to a wooded path. The route is not clearly marked so the gps track weaves in and out. It is an easy enjoyable walk, in a friendly area. Probably 1 hour at a leisurely pace.
