Nadeem Football Club RA Basar

It was nice and warm, with lots of sunshine... lovely run also watching boys practicing football. though there were only a few practicing i enjoyed the jog/run and with it an amazing ( my fav) view of sunrise from behind the trees, its worth watching...! Nature takes you to a peaceful ride of your own imaginations. There is a saying that Every day you should have physical contact with the earth mother and it effects to all your systems in a positive manner... walking bear foot and also with palms touch the land the soil of your origin, your history, your forefathers, your dignity, pride and stature, and it has great effect on your mind and body...! Over all definitely recommended....
