Villette Park

The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie ("City of Science and Industry", abbreviated la CSI or simply CSI) is the biggest science museum in Europe. Located in Parc de la Villette in Paris, France, it is one of the three dozen French Cultural Centers of Science, Technology and Industry (CCSTI), promoting science and science culture.

Argonaute (S 636) is an Aréthuse-class submarine, and the fourth ship of the French Navy (French: Marine Nationale) to bear the name. Launched on 29 June 1957, the submarine served as flagship within the Toulon submarine squadron. Argonaute was decommissioned on 31 July 1982. The vessel was converted to a museum ship in 1989 and located in Paris.

The Parc de la Villette is the third-largest park in Paris, 55.5 hectares (137 acres) in area, located at the northeastern edge of the city in the 19th arrondissement. The park houses one of the largest concentration of cultural venues in Paris, including the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (City of Science and Industry, Europe's largest science museum), three major concert venues, and the prestigious Conservatoire de Paris.

Pantin (French pronunciation: ​[pɑ̃.tɛ̃]) is a commune in the northeastern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 6.4 km (4.0 mi) from the centre of Paris. It is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Europe. Its post code is 93500. The city is located on the edge of Paris and is mainly formed by a plain crossed by national roadway 2 and 3, the railway line Paris–Strasbourg and Ourcq canal.

La Villette was a French commune (municipality) in the Seine département lying immediately north-east of Paris. It was one of four communes entirely annexed by the city of Paris in 1859. Its territory is now located in the 19th arrondissement, but a neighborhood has retained its name: the quartier de La Villette and the Parc de la Villette.

The Centre national de la danse (CND, or National Dance Center) is an institution sponsored by the French Ministry of Culture. It studies dance in all its aspects, and is located in Pantin, in northeastern Paris. The building is known for being a classic example of Brutalist architecture, and in 2004 was awarded the Prix de l'Équerre d'Argent.

Corentin Cariou ([kɔʁɑ̃tɛ̃ kaʁju]) is a station of the Paris Métro. The station was called Pont de Flandre until 1946, after a bridge which spans the Canal de Saint-Denis carrying the Rue de Flandre, the main street of the commune of La Villette, to the Porte de La Villette.It is named after Corentin Cariou (1898–1942), who was a member of the municipal council of the 19th arrondissement and shot by the Nazis as a hostage during World War II.

Pantin is a railway station in Pantin, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. It opened in 1864 on the Paris–Strasbourg railway and Paris–Mulhouse railway. Since 1999, Pantin station is served by RER line E trains operated by SNCF.Pantin station is located in Paris transport zone 2.

Zénith Paris (originally known as Zénith de Paris, pronounced [zenit də paʁi]; and commonly referred to as Le Zénith, [lə zenit]) is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Paris, France. It is located in the Parc de la Villette in the 19th arrondissement on the edge of the Canal de l'Ourcq. Its ability to seat up to 6,293 people makes it one of the largest venues in Paris.

Hippodrome de Pantin was a permanent circus-style tent venue located in the Parc de la Villette near the Porte de Pantin Métro stop in north-eastern Paris. It was constructed in 1974 as the Paris home of the Jean Richard Circus, and in that period, was known as the Nouvel Hippodrome de Paris. The Hippodrome featured a faux neo-classical front and a yellow and blue big-top canopy.
