Add the following and you can dream of yourself as a hundred years old whoβs sharp and nimble enough to live independently: 1. Min 20Minutes of Stretching while focusing on pain threshold (before reaching to the pathological side of pain) in the stretching limb/joint 2. Min 1Minute of Cold shower at the end of your shower with hot water (just remember to keep warm clothes on n sit in front of a heater or fire place or something in that range for half an hour or so) 3. Include proteins, fruits, and natural sugars (like dates or a slice of banana) to your breakfast n/ first meal post-sleep!
