En soutien Ă  Octobre Rose, notre challenge “5.3 Octobre Rose” permettra de reverser 100 euros pour chaque million de pas atteint par l’équipe, au profit de la lutte contre le cancer du sein. 💖 RĂšgle 1 pour nous rejoindre : marcher tous les jours et non pas 10.000 pas mais simplement un peu plus (voir beaucoup plus si vous ĂȘtes chaud comme la braise đŸ„”) que ce vous faites sur votre moyenne des 6 derniers mois. Exemple : j’ai marchĂ© en moyenne 7500 pas par jour sur les 6 derniers mois je me challenge Ă  faire 8000/8500 pas minimum tous les jours pendant un mois ! C’est okay ? Partagez moi dans les commentaires votre objectif personnel en rejoignant ce dĂ©fi đŸš€â­ïž
